THE2WINS is a brand of VAshwini Enterprises, a proprietary firm based in Sangli, Maharashtra, India. These terms govern your use of this website and orders placed with us.

Ordering and pricing

• Orders are currently placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only when we confirm price, quantity and delivery in the chat.
• Prices track the harvest and may change between seasons; the price we confirm for your order is the price you pay.
• We may decline or limit orders where stock or delivery coverage doesn't allow us to fulfil them properly.

Product information

• We describe our products honestly: origin, preparation method and what is (and isn't) in them.
• Traditional uses mentioned on this site are general knowledge about these foods and are not medical advice. Consult a professional for health conditions.
• Natural products vary — colour, texture and crystal size differ between harvests. That variation is the point, not a defect.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable Indian consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Sangli, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
