THE2WINS began in the Khochare family kitchen in Sangli, and this page is that kitchen's notebook: the everyday drinks, festival sweets and monsoon decoctions our own staples are cooked into. Every recipe uses jaggery where others use sugar — and haldi and sunth that you could trace back to a field.

No refined sugar, no essence, no shortcuts — the same rule as the jars.
